In Avalon Park which is located in South East Orlando, within 30 minutes of downtown Orlando, 50 minutes to Walt Disney World, and 45 minutes to Cocoa Beach Florida (Orlando’s Beach) and Cape Canaveral.

This is a perfect opportunity to see a few homes that are also available for sale in the area.
