College Park, located just North West of Downtown Orlando offers the small city within the City of Orlando. Sought after for it’s small town feel with the proximity to the Orlando Arts District and soon to be Creative Village that currently is the Old AMWAY Arena. While also being the same place I call home, I am still excited about such things as the parks throughout the community to the historic Publix Supermarket just off of Edgewater. I consider it similar to Thornton Park, with the availability of so many things within either walking or biking distance that make it one of Orlando’s top 3 communities to live in.
