Cypress Lakes
Cypress Lakes, consist of approximately 1300 homes on the East Side of Orange County Florida. The two builders well known for their homes in Cypress Lakes are Engle Homes and Ryland Homes mostly built in 2003 through 2006 with a few that were pre and post this time frame. You will find most of the homes fall within the 2003 and 2006 construction boom that occurred in Central Florida.
Cypress Lakes is a deed restricted community currently managed by Leland Management to help enforce the community rules and regulations. Board Meetings for the Home Owners Association are help bi-monthly on the last Wednesday of the month.
Cypress Lakes, the community is broken up into neighborhoods referred to as villages. The neighborhoods / villages of Cypress Lakes are: Ashford Grande, Lexington Grande, Manchester Grande, Oxford Grande, The Villages, Waverly Grande and Windsor Grande.
